PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Prices are correct at time of going to press. Prices are subject to change without written notice and dependent on location of appointment.

​

A booking deposit for each procedure will be required to secure an appointment, this is non refundable.

 

48 hours notice period is required if a reschedule of appointment is required.

​

Appointments not attended or cancelled with less than the required 48 hour notice will result in the loss of any deposit/monies paid or a cancellation fee of £50 will need to be paid before another appointment may be made.

​

Payments may be made by cash or card on the day or bank transfer prior to the appointment.

​

It is your responsibility to ensure you are a suitable candidate for Permanent Makeup before booking and securing an appointment for a treatment.  

​

Permanent Cosmetic Studio reserves the right to withhold any deposits paid in the event Samantha is unable to perform a treatment.

​

Please note that cancelled or reschedule of appointments will only be recognised with written confirmation via email or via the contact form on this website.

​

Booking deposits received are verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms and conditions, in the event of any cancellation.

​​

**To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule.**
